Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Track and Trace team for US logistics operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for tracking shipments, updating statuses, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track shipments for timely pick-up, transit, and delivery.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and dispatchers via phone and email.
Update shipment statuses in the system in real-time.
Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations efficiently.
Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure accurate information flow.
Maintain proper documentation of shipment details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,397.25 - ₹28,000.00 per month
