Associate for IBC, NCLT and NCLAT

Role Overview: You will be joining Centrik Group, a boutique legal firm specializing in legal and consulting services related to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), RERA, and other related laws. As the firm is expanding its practice fields and industries, we are seeking experienced and talented Law practitioners with 1-5 years of experience in relevant areas. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the CIRP process, including IBC compliances, communication, litigation advisory, and more. - Manage the Liquidation process efficiently. - Conduct drafting, arguments, and appearances across various judiciary bodies like NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court. - Perform legal analysis, research, content writing, and contribute to research papers. - Show innovation and problem-solving skills in relevant matters. - Prepare drafting notices, submissions, and represent before NCLT/authority/court. - Engage in drafting and Research & Development within assigned projects. - Coordinate and liaise with internal & external lawyers and attorneys representing clients. - Interact with clients for various legal matters. Qualification Required: - Law graduate with 1-5 years of experience in drafting, appearances, and arguments in courts. - Proficient in drafting complaints, replies, consumer matters, legal notices, contracts, agreements, lease deeds, etc. - Excellent command over legal documentation. - Candidates with CS/LLB/LLM background and a passion for innovation are preferred.
