Associate Finance Admin Rep

As an entry-level exempt role in Finance Administration, you will be responsible for owning process tasks and resolving queries in a timely manner. Your main focus will be ensuring that all data in the system is entered accurately for pricing, rebates, AP, AR, and Sell-Put Data. In addition, you will be expected to resolve complex customer account issues, engage with leaders on critical business decisions, and provide new associate training. There may also be opportunities to provide additional support to the Finance manager/supervisor on team management. Qualifications required for this role include a degree or a degree-seeking candidate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. If you do not have a degree, four years of previous experience in credit, finance/accounting, or a related field may be substituted in part. You will report to the Finance Manager or Supervisor, demonstrating your independence level within the organization.
