Overview:
Are you passionate about aerospace and technical documentationJoin our dynamic Technical Publications team where youll collaborate closely with authors, illustrators, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality documentation that meets global aerospace standards such as ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D.
As an Associate Engineer, you will play a key role in creating, revising, and maintaining technical manuals that directly support the operational reliability and safety of aircraft systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and revise high-quality technical documentation such as:
-
Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM)
-
Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM)
-
Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogs (AIPC)
-
Component Maintenance Publications (CMP)
-
Author clear and accurate procedures including assembly, disassembly, testing, and repair.
-
Work with tools like Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext Editor, and Common Source Databases (CSDB).
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards including ATA100, iSpec 2200, and S1000D.
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret engineering drawings, change documents (ECNs, SBs, SILs, etc.), and incorporate updates.
-
Validate and resolve XML/SGML parsing errors and maintain document integrity.
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of content quality, consistency, and usability.

Apply Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE) for global readability.
-
Support illustration integration using tools like Isodraw, 3DVIA, or CATIA (optional but advantageous).

Manage and track document changes using PLM systems like Teamcenter or Ennovia.
What We re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Experience: 1 5 years in technical authoring within the aerospace or related industries.

Hands-on experience with authoring tools and structured authoring (XML/SGML).
-
Familiarity with aviation documentation standards and life cycle management.
-
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
