Description
Role Overview: As a Technical Analyst for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) at a global climate technologies company engineered for sustainability, your role will involve the design, implementation, and support of business solutions based on the company's instance of Oracle Transportation Management. You will be responsible for providing support for the SCO application, collaborating with Enterprise Logistics and SCO IT Program/Project Managers, monitoring processes, ensuring system documentation is complete, and working effectively in a global highly matrixed team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for the SCO application including break/fix, enhancements, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with Enterprise Logistics and SCO IT Program/Project Managers to understand program requirements and evaluate alternative solutions. - Assist in program rollout activities such as business unit and trading partner on-boarding, project coordination, status reporting, and communication to program management. - Proactively monitor processes, identify trends, analyze and predict trends, and develop long-range plans to ensure high service levels. - Maintain complete and updated SCO system documentation. - Work effectively in a global highly matrixed team environment. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of IT experience, including implementation of Oracle Transportation Management. - Proficiency in OTM both functionally and technically. - Hands-on experience with triage of day-to-day OTM systems issues and providing resolution on complex issues. - Knowledge of Logistics management principles and processes. - Working knowledge of various ERP systems and Oracle eBusiness Suite. - Familiarity with BI Publisher, FTI/OAC, OBIEE, ETL, EDI, and Middleware systems. - Strong customer service orientation, written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, work within diverse global project teams, and perform detailed data analysis. - Knowledge of Global Trade Management (GTM) will be a plus.
