Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Help remove impediments and support the team in adhering to Agile values and Scrum principles
Maintain sprint artifacts such as burndown charts, boards, and velocity metrics
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog grooming and story clarity
Track team progress and prepare reports on sprint outcomes and team performance
Promote Agile best practices and team collaboration
Learn and apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in real projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology
Excellent communication, facilitation, and time management skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is a plus
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech with 60% or above throughout academics
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into a full-fledged Scrum Master role
