Job Description

Are you ready to work with some of the most sought-after minds and exciting projects in the industry Your expertise in leading multidisciplinary projects and upholding technical standards might just be what we are looking for in our new Electrical Lead (AD / Director) for India. As the Electrical Lead, your main role will involve providing exceptional technical and design leadership to the electrical discipline across India. Your commitment to technical excellence and project performance will be key as you work towards maintaining the highest standards of technical quality within our projects. Collaborating with the Group Discipline Leader, you will drive innovation and creativity within the department, ensuring continuous evolution. You will also be instrumental in advancing the discipline strategy by partnering with stakeholders both in India and internationally to foster technical innovation in the field. Your responsibilities will include acting as a figurehead for technical leadership, providing mentorship at all levels, and actively seeking and securing new projects to drive profitable work while maintaining strong client relationships. Key duties will involve leading multi-disciplinary projects, championing high-quality designs, and taking ownership of High Voltage systems and resilient designs. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, ensuring the implementation of learning and development initiatives, and contributing to resource management activities within the Group. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in the Electrical discipline, with at least 18 years of industry experience. Your ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, engage with clients effectively, and drive digitalization in project delivery will be crucial. Additionally, you should possess a high level of technical competency in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and relevant professional qualifications.
