Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Senior to lead and scale QBurst s digital marketing and MarTech practice, driving innovation across analytics, automation, and omnichannel campaigns. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital marketing and MarTech practice, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap across marketing automation, analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Drive successful delivery of digital marketing engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership and corporate marketing teams to strengthen brand presence and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Build and scale capabilities across key platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign, and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Provide consultative leadership to clients, engaging CXOs/CMOs on digital transformation and ROI-driven strategies.
  • Define governance models, delivery frameworks, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across projects.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire high-performing teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • 15 20 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 7+ years in leadership roles managing large teams and multi-channel engagements.
  • Deep expertise in MarTech platforms (SFMC, HubSpot, Adobe, Dynamics, Google, etc.) and digital services (SEO, PPC, analytics, social, content, performance marketing).
  • Proven experience in scaling digital marketing practices within IT services, consulting, or digital agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, omnichannel campaign design, personalization, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in proposal development, pre-sales, and go-to-market strategy execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing, marketing data platforms, and advanced analytics tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
  • Strategic, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-potential talent.
