What you are accountable for: The Manager, Paid Social is accountable for managing paid social strategy, optimization and execution across all in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with both internal and external partners for a select group of accounts. Working in close collaboration with media and paid social leads, this role manages all aspects of the campaign life cycle as it pertains to paid social including ownership of the day-to-day across active campaigns. In addition, the Manager, Paid Social will support agency education on the capabilities within these platforms through ongoing meeting facilitation, note taking, and POV creation. With the speed of evolution within paid social marketing, it is vital to have a passion for learning and a desire to continually push the boundaries of what is perceived as status quo.
