ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, VALUATION SERVICES

The job involves two main responsibilities: Business Development and Execution and Team Management. In terms of Business Development, the role requires building relationships and demonstrating business development through networking, industry seminars, and other resources. Generating valuation business using existing or new relationships with banks, HFCs, corporates, NBFCs, PE/VC funds is crucial. Identifying potential clients in need of valuation or advisory services using available data and research is also part of the job. The candidate will be responsible for preparing marketing collateral such as presentations and proposal bids. Additionally, achieving or exceeding personal and team goals is a key accountability. Regarding Execution and Team Management, the candidate needs to supervise, evaluate, and approve team members" work on various assignments. When necessary, the candidate may also need to complete assignments independently to meet deadlines. Reviewing reports, assisting the team in market value, financial analysis, and market analysis are essential tasks. Understanding the local DCR is also required. Ensuring timely delivery of quality reports to clients through engagement including calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-up is part of the role. Motivating team members, extracting the best from them, and developing second-level leadership are ongoing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate valuation and Business Development. Educational qualifications preferred include MBA Finance, CA, M.Plan, B.Arch, or MRICS. Experience in real estate valuation in IPCs is advantageous. Existing relationships with Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, PE, VCs, or Developers are considered a significant advantage for the candidate.,
