We are seeking a skilled SOC Operations to manage, maintain, and enhance our SOC platform, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SOC administration, threat detection, and SOC operations to provide continuous security improvements and support to the SOC team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a part of our Cyber Defense and Resilience team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Key Skills & Expertise

Pre-Sales & Pursuit Management:

Responding to RFI/RFPs and managing pursuit lifecycles for security service offerings
Developing comprehensive solution design artifacts, pricing models, and commercial fitment approaches
Creating impactful presentations, solution collaterals, and thought leadership materials

Solution & Delivery Leadership:

End-to-end management of multi-million-dollar security service engagements
Operationalizing managed security solutions with strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
Leading cross-functional teams in delivering professional services and managed security operations

Domain Expertise:

SME-level knowledge in Security Operations, Identity Management, Cloud Security, Application Security, Infrastructure Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Authority on managed security solutions development and operationalization

Tools & Communication:

Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to present and articulate complex solutions effectively

Experience Highlights

Pursuit & Solution Development:
Led the response and solution design for multiple high-value security service pursuits, ensuring alignment with client needs and commercial objectives
Developed scope of work statements, pricing calculators, and solution guidance documents tailored to customer environments

Delivery & Client Engagement:

Directed professional service teams to successfully deliver managed security services engagements, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and SLAs
Provided technical and team leadership to support client implementations, escalations, and operational handovers

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborated closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery phases
Acted as the primary technical advisor during client meetings, workshops, and governance sessions

Required Skill Set:

BE in Computer Science/IT
Essential: CISSP,CISM, CCSP
Desirable: TOGAF, SABSA Architecture
