Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate Director in a global healthcare biopharma company based in Hyderabad. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). Collaborating with finance business & Value Teams, you will develop advanced applications, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of financial applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). - Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical solutions supporting FP&A processes. - Develop and implement financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPIs in SAC and BPC. - Leverage SAC and BPC to streamline financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Oversee integration of SAP BPC and SAC with other systems for seamless data flow and accurate financial reporting. - Provide subject matter expertise on SAP BPC and SAC best practices. - Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. - Lead training sessions for end-users on SAP BPC and SAC tools. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and data governance policies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP-based FP&A roles, with at least 3-5 years hands-on experience in SAP BPC and SAC. - Proven experience in leading SAP BPC and SAC implementations. - In-depth understanding of financial processes in a global, multi-entity organization.
