Associate Director, SAP FP&A Lead

As an Associate Director specializing in SAP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at a global healthcare biopharma company based in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and execution excellence. With a focus on using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), you will collaborate with finance business and Value Teams to develop advanced applications, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of financial applications using SAC and BPC, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical solutions, and developing financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to meet the needs of the finance team and broader business units. You will also streamline and automate financial planning processes, oversee system integration, provide expertise on best practices, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP-based FP&A roles, with hands-on experience in SAP BPC and SAC implementations. Additionally, you should have advanced proficiency in SAP BPC for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting, as well as in SAP Analytics Cloud for creating financial planning models and data visualizations. Strong leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BPC Embedded, or other related financial modules within the SAP ecosystem, as well as experience with financial accounting and management accounting processes, would be advantageous.
