Associate Director - Salesforce Architect

As a Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect, your role is to provide Architecture and Design thought leadership for complex Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure maximum business value and platform robustness. Your progressive technical leadership throughout the software development life cycle will be essential. Additionally, you will play a critical role in building internal knowledge of the technical solution and supporting Salesforce practice building activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with Sector Delivery leads, SI Architects, Product Managers to transform new requirements into best practice led Salesforce architecture and design. - Design/govern highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. - Create high-level architecture/design documents following Salesforce best practices and PepsiCo standards. - Troubleshoot key implementation issues and drive towards simple solutions for complex problems. - Assist in estimation for major new initiatives using deep business knowledge of Salesforce products. - Contribute to Salesforce team building activities by creating reference architectures, common patterns, data models, and re-usable assets. - Evangelize and educate internal stakeholders about Salesforce technology through CoPs, workshops, or conferences. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar field. - 16-22 years of overall IT experience with a track record of major solution design/architecture contributions in a large enterprise. - 10+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, including customization using apex classes/triggers, VF pages, Lightning, and Integration technologies. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in application design, architecture, and development. - Agile delivery experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills. **Preferred:** - Experience with CG Cloud, Experience Cloud, CGRE app, and Smart Sync capabilities. - Active Salesforce Architect Certifications.,
