Associate Director - Renewable Energy - Advisory - Pan India

Role Overview: As a part of the General Consulting services team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders to address their most challenging issues and capitalize on their greatest opportunities. Your role will involve driving sustainable change through innovation, data utilization, risk management, deal optimization, and cost alignment to enhance competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Lead feasibility studies, bid advisory, and tariff modeling for solar PV or RE + BESS projects/ alternative fuel projects. - Advise clients on policy frameworks, regulatory matters, and private sector participation in energy storage for utility-scale and decentralized BESS deployments/ alternative fuel or bioenergy. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Power Systems + MBA or M.Tech in Energy Systems/ Renewables. Additional Company Details: The company values prior experience in management consulting and familiarity with international development agency formats (ADB, World Bank, etc.). Technical assessments related to load flow, harmonics, grid integration, or feasibility for various energy storage solutions and renewable energy projects are emphasized. Past experience in specific areas such as solar parks, pumped hydro storage, e-mobility, green hydrogen, and bioenergy is considered advantageous.
