Qualifications & Experience

• Total Experience:

  Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  , with a strong focus on

  AR Operations

  .

• Core Expertise:

• Minimum 11 years in

  end-to-end AR management

  (billing, collections, payment posting).
• Proven expertise in

  Denial Management

  (prevention, trending, resolution).

• Leadership Experience:

• Minimum

  2+ years

  as a

  director

  or equivalent leadership role in RCM/AR.
• Demonstrated success in scaling teams and driving operational efficiency.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in RCM platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and advanced Excel/Analytics tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).

• Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
