What You Bring

• Experience:

  7-10 years of hands-on experience in packaging development and procurement within the

  nutraceuticals or personal care

  industries, preferably in

  D2C startups

  .

• Education:

  A master's degree in

  Packaging Science or a related specialization

  is preferred.

• Industry Network:

  Established relationships with packaging vendors across multiple formats and materials.

• Skillset:

  Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities to drive packaging excellence and foster strategic partnerships.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to manage teams, lead projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
