Associate Director of Strategy

Role Overview: As a Group Head/ Assistant Director at our media business team, you will be responsible for developing strong narratives and integrated brand strategies across digital and retail platforms. Your role will involve a combination of consumer insights, digital media expertise, and problem-solving skills to create impactful strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize tools like TGI and GWI to uncover valuable consumer and category insights. - Collaborate with the integrated planning team to support projects such as media optimization models based on consumer data and platform learnings. - Demonstrate a strong conceptual understanding of digital media planning principles to provide essential inputs to the Integrated Planning Team. - Lead end-to-end quarterly business review presentations. - Analyze business data and adjust media strategies based on consumer behavior, geography, and trends. - Interpret client briefs, simplify problem statements, and create engaging client presentations and narratives. - Foster collaboration across teams and partners to ensure alignment in data, insights, and execution. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in media strategy, digital planning, or integrated brand strategy. - Proficiency with tools such as TGI, GWI, Similar Web, Meta Ads Manager, Google Keywords, etc. - Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Consumer-centric mindset with the capability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
