Associate Director of Strategy

As a part of the CEO's office at Truemeds, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end strategic initiatives and overseeing their successful implementation. This role involves working on the company's most significant projects, focusing on both strategic planning and execution to drive impactful results. Key Responsibilities: - Wear multiple hats and manage various aspects including Strategy, Data Analytics, Supply chain optimization, Growth Projects, and Finance. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and experience by scaling the business. - Lead the initiation and execution of strategic partnerships to drive growth and value optimization. - Identify and address the company's pain points by developing and implementing projects to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as unit economics and customer retention. - Drive innovation by brainstorming and exploring new business opportunities as the company expands beyond its primary operations. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of post-MBA experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity / Venture Capital, or startup environments. - Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and make informed decisions. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to taking ownership and achieving results. - Ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and execute plans efficiently. - A mindset focused on maximizing productivity and making each day impactful.
