Associate Director of Purchase and Sales Trade Clearance (US)

Role Overview: As a Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Purchase & Sales (P&S) department at UBS Financial Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of professionals, acting as the first point of contact for escalations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Additionally, you will monitor market trends to anticipate and respond to changes effectively.
