Associate Director - Impact Partnerships

As an Associate Director - Impact Partnerships at The Better India, you will play a crucial role in driving branded content sales and establishing impactful partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Building solid relationships with brand marketing teams, CSR teams, and foundations to secure large-scale campaigns for The Better India. - Positioning TBI as a thought leader in Purpose-driven Marketing, CSR, Development, and Sustainability by creating IPs and campaigns, participating in events, applying for awards, and more. - Negotiating partnership deals and overseeing collaborations with partner brands. - Developing clear strategies to achieve the company's business goals and revenue targets, while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Our ideal candidate will: - Have experience in partnerships, business development, or fundraising within the impact consulting, impact investing, or CSR sectors. - Have a track record of developing and executing end-to-end impact projects related to social change, sustainability, and similar areas. - Possess expertise in impact measurement and reporting within the development sector. - Have a strong network within the Development Sector. - Hold a Master's degree from a Tier-1 MBA institute or an equivalent Social Science degree.
