Associate Director - Delivery Management

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Sutherland, you will play a crucial role in leading solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects implementations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud ERP best practices, and ensure proper integration between Finance and Projects with other modules. Your expertise will drive digital transformation and optimize critical business operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects implementations. - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and define to-be processes. - Design scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud ERP best practices. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for implementation teams. - Guide implementation partners and internal teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases. - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) and Projects Portfolio Management (PPM). - Ensure proper integration between Finance and Projects with other modules (e.g., Procurement, HCM, SCM). - Lead solution governance, configuration, prototyping, and demo activities. - Provide leadership during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization. - Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates and recommend continuous improvements. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience in ERP solutions with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and Projects. - Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. - Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Project Accounting. - Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business and IT. - Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or Projects (Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as they were not relevant to the job role.),
