Job Description

Job Description: You will lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects implementations. Your responsibilities include engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements, performing gap analysis, and defining to-be processes. You will design scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud ERP best practices. Additionally, you will translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for implementation teams and guide them through design, development, testing, and deployment phases. As the subject matter expert, you will focus on Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Projects Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Financials & Project Costing. Ensuring proper integration between Finance and Projects with other modules like Procurement, HCM, SCM, will also be part of your role. You will lead solution governance, configuration, prototyping, and demo activities, provide leadership during UAT, cutover, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization. Furthermore, staying updated on Oracle quarterly updates and recommending continuous improvements will be vital. Key Responsibilities: - Lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects implementations. - Engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and define to-be processes. - Design scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud ERP best practices. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for implementation teams. - Guide implementation partners and internal teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases. - Serve as the SME for Oracle Fusion modules including Financials, Projects Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Financials & Project Costing. - Ensure proper integration between Finance and Projects with other modules like Procurement, HCM, SCM. - Lead solution governance, configuration, prototyping, and demo activities. - Provide leadership during UAT, cutover, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization. - Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates and recommend continuous improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 10+ years of overall experience in ERP solutions with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and Projects. - Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. - Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Project Accounting. - Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business and IT. - Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or Projects Note: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.,
