Key Responsibilities: - Serve as administrator for Concur expense and invoice products, managing user access and workflows, and answering questions as needed - Ensure accurate and timely month-end accruals for assigned accounts - Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts monthly and resolve reconciling items within 30 days - Provide variance analysis (month over month and versus budget) for all material assigned accounts monthly - Maintain fixed asset schedules and process depreciation entries monthly - Analyze 1099-MISC expense monthly, prepare, and file Forms 1099-MISC annually Qualifications Required: - Degree in Accounting - At least one year of related work experience including month-end close and account analysis - Strong attention to detail and reporting timeframes, focusing on efficiency and accuracy - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - NetSuite and Concur experience strongly preferred - Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers - Self-motivated, independent, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks - Ability to work within a deadline-driven environment - Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with individuals at all organizational levels - Interpersonal communication skills: Requires communicating well with people at different levels, frequently sharing information with others while listening to and understanding their points of view - Logical analysis skills: Requires thinking through and solving problems step by step, often looking beyond the obvious solution to a problem and digging deeper for the best solution - Time Management skills: Requires the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while meeting or exceeding agreed-upon deadlines (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
