Associate Director - Content Commerce

Role Overview: As an Associate Director in the Content Commerce team at Meesho, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the VP and oversee a critical business unit. Your primary focus will be on identifying growth levers, establishing efficient operating models, implementing key initiatives, and tracking progress while leading a team of high-performing associates. Your ultimate goal will be to scale Meesho's Content Commerce business significantly, contributing directly to the company's GMV/NMV growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and drive projects that align with the 3-5 year strategic roadmap for Content Commerce, focusing on areas such as expanding the creator base, enabling creators to produce content about Meesho products, and creating a content-first shopping experience for users. - Identify and execute projects aimed at generating a 10X revenue impact within Meesho, working on strategic initiatives that are long-term in nature. This involves collaborating with organizational leaders, structuring problems effectively, and mobilizing resources for successful project execution. - Build and nurture a high-performing team of managers and analysts within the content commerce business, providing coaching and mentorship to develop future leaders within Meesho. Qualifications Required: - Tier 1 MBA or undergraduate degree is a must. - 4+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth startup environments, with expertise in business/category management, growth strategies, and influencer marketing. - Proven track record in establishing and expanding new businesses from 0 to 1. - Experience in leading teams of at least 5-8 members, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities, project management expertise, and a background in team building, management, and coaching will be advantageous.,
