Associate Director - Cloud Solutions

The candidate will need to work closely with non-tech teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The role involves managing a team of 8-10 engineers in India and potentially expanding to other regions like Asia and the Philippines.

Key Role:

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure• Monitoring cloud resources for performance and cost optimization• Troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration of underlying cloud services,including but not limited to AWS, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, etc• Administer existing and deploy new AWS instances, and related infrastructure

Requirement:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Cloud architecture
• Strong proficiency in Cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong knowledge of cloud governance, strategy development, and
• optimization
• Relevant certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud
• Practitioner)
• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure
• Monitoring cloud resources for performance and cost optimization
• Troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues
• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration of underlying cloud services,including but not limited to AWS, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, etc
• Administer existing and deploy new AWS instances, and related infrastructure
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Terraform).
• Technical expertise in cloud migrations, specifically application migrations to AWS is very important
• The candidate should have experience with automation, TerraForm, and infrastructure as code.
• Leadership skills are crucial, as the candidate will need to manage partners in Asia and work with counterparts in Canada.
• The candidate should be able to influence and negotiate technical solutions and ideas effectively.
