Associate DevOps Analyst (ServiceNow)

Role Overview: You will be joining as an Associate DevOps Analyst in the ECASE team at DHL IT Services, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of DHL packages globally while maintaining data security. Your responsibilities will involve providing second/third level day-to-day operation support, investigating and resolving incidents, cooperating with development teams, managing changes to production environments, and monitoring ECASE application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide second/third level day-to-day operation support for DHL Express services, working closely with Servicenow and integrated ITS application teams - Investigate and resolve incidents related to Servicenow functions and processes within DHL Express - Collaborate with development teams and specialists on troubleshooting complex issues - Manage, propose, and implement necessary changes to production environments in ECASE Servicenow - Monitor ECASE application production performance, security, capacity, and availability using various monitoring tools and instance observer Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Servicenow with a good knowledge of Java scripting, ACL, CSM module, and Servicenow platform basics - Understanding of Mid servers, Performance analytics, Integration knowledge (SOAP/REST), and communication skills - Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize tasks under time and workload pressure - Advanced spoken and written English skills for cross-region collaboration in a multinational environment Additional Details: DHL IT Services is a global team of 5600+ IT professionals committed to innovation and creating sustainable digital solutions.
