About the Profile –

We are looking for energetic and customer-centric Associate Dentists who will visit customers at their homes, perform smile scans, educate them on aligner treatments, and drive conversions. This role blends clinical expertise with field sales, ideal for dentists who enjoy patient interaction, mobility, and career growth. 

Responsibilities

·      Perform scan and do teeth alignment consultations

·      Offer complete solutions related oral hygiene

·      Products and teeth whitening and other products

·      Perform minor dental procedures like scaling and fillings, OPG etc.

·      Store responsibilities – day-to-day store operations

·      Sales – ensure business objectives at the store level are achieved

·      Working in toothsi Retail Centre to assist orthodontists in aligner procedures

Field Visits – The dentist is required to travel to customers’ homes for consultations and 3D scanning whenever such appointments are scheduled

·      Handle daily field travel within the assigned territory.

·      Handle and transport the company-provided scanner bag (weighing up to 8 kg) during field visits.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Highly self-motivated and target-driven. Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer interaction.

Bike is mandatory for this role.

Shift timings – 10am – 7 pm

Qualifications

BDS/MDS, 0–3 yrs, strong communication, comfortable with field travel, tech-friendly.
