Associate Data Analyst (MDM)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining product master data within Eaton's Product Data Hub, focusing on achieving a high degree of product data quality, consistency, and completeness for over 6 million products globally. Your role will involve cleansing and maintaining product attributes across the Electrical group. Key Responsibilities: - Write and edit a heavy volume of product information, including product descriptions, product attributes, and unstructured content. - Identify inconsistencies in product information and follow enterprise governance processes for standardization. - Provide tactical assistance to Product lifecycle management in enterprise/business systems and services. - Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems. - Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high-quality master data. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and health requirements for product data globally. - Collect, organize, create, document, and enter detailed attribute information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document MDM requirements and standards. - Utilize Product Data Hub tools to build a centralized product database for Electrical Product lines. - Monitor and report on MDM metrics to drive continuous improvement in data quality. - Collaborate with the technical team for system improvements and testing of Integration mappings between different applications and PDH. - Source product attributes and specifications from various source systems such as Product drawings, ERPs, etc. - Present details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review. - Maintain a flexible attitude towards work and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills when required. Qualification Required: - Diploma/BE qualification. - 2-3 years of relevant experience. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Electrical Products and Components, Product data management. - Work experience in Master data management. - At least 2 years of experience in Data Management and Analysis. - Proficient in Advanced Excel. - Experience in Power BI and SQL is advantageous. - Knowledge of Stibo is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.,
