Associate Data Analyst

The role of an Associate Data Analyst in the Data & Analytics department involves identifying business needs, developing analytical tools and methods, and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes for specific business requests related to Data Analytics. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prioritizing business requirements through thorough information gathering and analysis to enable effective delivery of solutions and initiatives. - Monitoring and incorporating emerging technology trends for structured data gathering and identifying new technological products, services, and techniques. - Specifying and creating data structures, designing data flow, and developing mechanisms for data maintenance, storage, and retrieval based on business requirements. - Establishing guidelines and processes for data handling across the organization and providing advice on proper data management in various contexts. - Designing solution blueprints to guide the development of tech solutions that meet current and future business needs. - Managing stakeholder expectations by aligning them with organizational requirements and objectives. - Developing a test strategy and procedures to verify that solutions meet design specifications and performance levels. - Identifying and evaluating business opportunities in data & analytics to establish new services or businesses. - Applying analytical tools and computational methods to enable systems to learn, improve, and produce desired outcomes. Key Success Metrics for this role include the development of analytical tools and successful implementation of business use cases. Education Qualifications required for this role are: - Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA) The ideal candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills.,
