Associate - Customer Success

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Loyalytics, your role will involve working closely with our large retail clients globally to help them maximize the value of their data assets. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting campaign analysis, marketing analytics, and CRM consulting - Demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in project management - Utilizing hands-on experience in data analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling - Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, PySpark, and Python - Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, and CRM performance measurement - Effectively communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar visualization tools Preferred qualifications for the role include: - Previous experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement environments - Exposure to retail or e-commerce data Loyalytics is a rapidly growing Analytics consulting and product organization based in Bangalore, with a team of over 100 dynamic analytics practitioners.
