Ability to action on tickets based on severity and SLAs Proactive approach to reach out to Stakeholders across multiple business units. Basic understanding of Quotes, invoices, Pos, Renewals etc. Achievements/Goals* Work with internal and external teams using CRMs like Salesforce. Basic understanding of Quotes, invoices, Pos, Renewals etc. Qualifications Qualifications / Requirements* Freshers (2022- 2023 pass out) - (B.com/BBA (Finance)/MBA (Finance) background) 0-1 year of experience. Immediate joiners are most welcome. Must have above 65% in all academic (10th, 12th and degree) Analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills High level of attention to detail Work from office - Hyderabad location.
