Shift: US-Based Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week with 2 Rotational Offs
Job Type: 4-Month Contract (with possible extension based on performance)
Eligibility: HSC – Freshers Welcome
Transportation: Home Pick & Drop Provided

Job Profile:
As an E-Commerce Chat Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat. Your role is to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience by providing accurate and timely assistance. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through orders, returns, refunds, and product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information on orders, products, delivery timelines, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and performance goals
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work under pressure
