Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Patient Support Coordinators across hospitals to conduct donor outreach and build a robust donor pipeline, maintaining an accurate MIS.
Coordinate employee engagement activities for CSR donors across multiple hospitals.
Prepare detailed CSR donor reports covering utilization, impact, activities, and milestones on donor assessment portals.
Collaborate with programs and finance teams to gather data for reporting purposes.
Coordinate with the finance team to generate and distribute donor receipts.
Lead the Tata Mumbai Marathon event, ensuring seamless execution of all event-related processes including fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements:

Graduate from a top-tier institute.
0-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and proposals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
