Associate - Corporate Development

You will be an Associate in the Corporate Development team at Ather, based in IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru, and reporting to the Head of Corporate Development. Your main responsibility will involve supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives. This will include evaluating and executing various opportunities such as technology investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. You will closely collaborate with senior management in this process. Your key tasks will include developing and maintaining competitive intelligence on industry players and market trends, identifying and assessing potential investment and acquisition opportunities, creating financial models to evaluate potential transactions, leading due diligence processes involving external stakeholders and cross-functional teams, assisting in negotiation and structuring of transaction agreements, and managing the integration process of acquired companies. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, or corporate development with a focus on technology investments. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are required for this role. Additionally, excellent research, writing, presentation, and communication skills are essential. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of work experience.
