Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Incomes and Taxes Officer will manage income-related financial events, including dividends and fixed payments, ensuring accurate booking and reconciliation across different business lines. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external parties, along with maintaining compliance with fiscal and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow-up on financial events, ensuring timely notifications to business lines and external parties.
Ensure accurate treatment and booking of income events within accounting systems.
Process payments, claims, and receivables in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with trading teams and custodians for voluntary elections and options.
Apply correct fiscal models and ensure proper tax treatments across records.
Produce reporting for fiscal authorities on withholding taxes applied to proceeds.
Capture event announcements, analyze terms, and provide relevant summaries to teams.
Maintain relationships with business lines and external agents, ensuring smooth operations.
Track outstanding items, such as deposit or cash breaks, and resolve issues promptly.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and risk management protocols.
