Responsibilities -Scrubbing and set up of Corporate Actions in operating systems (e.g. Picasso) -Monitoring of Corporate Actions in all reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB) -Permanent follow-up of events announcements, forecast and deadlines leading to an efficient management regarding scrubbing, notifications and bookings in our general books and recording systems (e.g. Calypso, Power, Picasso tools) -Manage the election process for voluntary events in close relations with other teams of the GM CAIT department, compile aggregated instruction to be sent to agents/custodians and ensure good receipt. -Strict follow-up of the expected proceeds/results at payment date, and follow-up controls in regards to theoretical bookings and forecast assumptions that may leave with breaks on internal or external reconciliations. -Acting as a central point of contact for Corporate actions operations subject matters within BNP (across all functions) and outside (Custodian, Counterparties) and as an expert on Corporate Actions for client and business services. -Ability to manage any Corporate Actions type on the overall scope of the team and to become expert on specific market rules -Provide a regular report to hierarchy and being pro-active during all recurrent meetings (morning, weekly meetings, etc.) -Participate actively to the continuous improvement of our process and systems (macros, UAT/tests, update of procedures, etc.)

Role & responsibilities The Incomes and Taxes Officer will manage income-related financial events, including dividends and fixed payments, ensuring accurate booking and reconciliation across different business lines. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external parties, along with maintaining compliance with fiscal and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and follow-up on financial events, ensuring timely notifications to business lines and external parties. Ensure accurate treatment and booking of income events within accounting systems. Process payments, claims, and receivables in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with trading teams and custodians for voluntary elections and options. Apply correct fiscal models and ensure proper tax treatments across records. Produce reporting for fiscal authorities on withholding taxes applied to proceeds. Capture event announcements, analyze terms, and provide relevant summaries to teams. Maintain relationships with business lines and external agents, ensuring smooth operations. Track outstanding items, such as deposit or cash breaks, and resolve issues promptly. Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and risk management protocols. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Proactive, rigorous, and able to adapt to evolving environments. Strong team player with a client-focused mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of financial markets and local tax compliance.

Role & responsibilities Direct Responsibilities - Follow-up and notification of information and events terms to business lines or external parties. - Ensure the transmission of voluntary elections and options across trading and custodians. - Ensure accuracy of treatment and bookings for events’ operations within the booking and accounting systems. - Follow and resolve any outstanding items in a timely manner with relevant escalation procedure applicable and compliance duties. - Process incomes and stocks payments and claims for receivables toward any external parties in alignment with group guidelines policies for any wire forms. - Ensure the right fiscal model is applied along the different records and until finance. - Produce reporting and provide evidence toward fiscal authorities in respect of withholding taxes applied on proceeds. Contributing Responsibilities Follow and capture events announcements across all markets. Analyze terms and transmit summary notifications to trading or clients. Keep on enriching relations with the business lines representative and network agents. Respect any timeline and deadline cut-offs Control books and records at the different stages of events and until paydate. Follow and report any outstanding items (deposit breaks or cash breaks) Keep on documenting all procedures in place to stick market and process evolutions. Contribute in all control plan protocols according localoperational risk policies.
