Associate-Contract Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts. Working closely with the Clients in-house legal departments on various matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters. You will be part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client. Active caseload management and adherence to all client delivery processes and commitments will be essential. Additionally, you will input and manage data on client and client systems, ensuring they are kept up to date. Your role will also involve helping develop contract templates, playbooks, and other tools for use by the team. Being part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value is a core aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Contracts - Work closely with the Clients in-house legal departments on various matters - Manage active caseload and adhere to client delivery processes - Input and manage data on client and client systems - Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and other tools - Contribute to the improvement of services and adding value to the client Qualification Required: - Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified - Minimum of 1 year's experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm - Ability to commit to US working hours Monday - Friday - Regular client-facing experience - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word,
