BDes or MDes

As the Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be a key member of the software designing and responsible for shaping the better user experience and interface design across a variety of products in the network, cloud and etc.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions. Ensure alignment between design and development teams, providing clear design specifications and assets. Analyze test results and user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for design improvements.
Create user personas, journey maps, and use cases based on research findings to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistent visual design and interactions across all platforms.
Ensure adherence to design standards and brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all products.
