Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience in compliance assessment, government process re-engineering, business intelligence/analytics, and/or data engineering. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage project tasks to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and clients on project objectives, scope, and requirements. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and clients. Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant policies and regulations. ### Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, engineering, or another quantitative field (i.e., mathematics, statistics). At least 5 years of experience in compliance assessment/Government process re-engineering/business intelligence/analytics/data engineering. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach. Strong understanding of commercial and legal requirements.
