Technical Excellence

Maintain accurate records in internal systems and Excel, based on assigned tasks
Validate documents and information as per client-defined guidelines
Follow up via email or phone with HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, and universities to complete verification processes
Coordinate with verification sources and regularly update internal databases
Ensure verification checks are closed within defined timelines
Collaborate with other operational departments for case closures when needed
Perform market research, company profiling, and secondary research
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Exhibit analytical thinking, focus, and a target-driven mindset

Prior experience in
transformation projects
within the
banking domain
is highly preferred
Proficiency in
business requirements gathering

Ability to trace business requirements
