Role Overview

We are expanding our engagement with a leading national institution in the TVET and skilling ecosystem. The role is based in New Delhi and involves deep analytical work, program operations, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in advanced data analytics and strategic reporting for flagship national level skilling, employment, and livelihood programs etc.
• Conduct strategic research and contribute to program planning and implementation
• Manage day?to?day client coordination and ensure high?quality, timely deliverables
• Oversee program operations, including field visits, implementation reviews, and stakeholder guidance
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  

What We're Looking For

• Master's in Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related fields

• Minimum 3+ years

  of experience in strategy consulting, analytics, research, evaluation, or program operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

  MS Excel and other analytics tools

• Excellent research, writing, and presentation capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in dynamic, multi?stakeholder environments

Compensation

• INR 5.06.5 LPA+ performance bonus (up to 10%)
• On?site role in New Delhi
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days)
