Role Overview: As a Company Secretary at BharatRohan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting in IPO preparation, managing corporate governance activities, handling documentation and reporting, and effectively managing stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include liaising with regulatory authorities, coordinating IPO processes, organizing board meetings, drafting legal documents, and providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on SME IPO preparation, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA guidelines, SEBI listing requirements, and other relevant regulations. - Assist in the preparation and filing of the draft prospectus and other necessary documents for the SME IPO. - Organize and manage Board Meetings, Shareholders Meeting, and Committee Meeting including preparing agendas and compiling board packs. - Draft and vet agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. - Act as a liaison between the company, board of directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Qualifications Required: - Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary with at least one group cleared in CS Professional exams and 1-2 years of post-qualification experience. - Candidates with an LLB degree and/or prior experience in handling post-listing requirements will have an added advantage.
