About the Job Job Description: Associate Company Secretary Key Responsibilities Compliance of the Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA, 1999, Labour and other statutory Regulations etc., on time Drafting and technical review of the Board Minutes, General Meeting Minutes, Statutory Registers, Forms to be filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs/ Registrar of Companies Process and arrange Company, LLP Incorporation, all other kinds of statutory registrations/licenses (Labour, FEMA, Income Tax, GST, DSC, Trade Marks, MSME, FSSAI etc.) Managing and supporting compliances related to listed companies Client engagement for relationship, business development & branding Tracking & monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters and statutory due dates. Spotting of issues/ non-compliance and suggesting a solution for the same Creating knowledge base and checklist for all the routine corporate compliance and statutory works supporting IT team on automation of the compliance tasks Qualifications Company Secretary (CS) and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Preferred Industry and Work Area Exposure Should have worked for 1-2 years in a practicing company secretary firm Local candidates from Hyderabad Region shall be preferred. Working Hours Full time, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, alternate Saturdays working, Sunday is off.
