About the Role: Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365 Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalation Responding promptly to service issues and requests Adhere to the documented incident escalation procedure Collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies by safeguarding sensitive information and implementing best practices for data handling and protection. About you: Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing concepts Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform will be beneficial Good understanding of Web servers like IIS, Apache...etc Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems Good understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge and software applications. Basic knowledge of databases like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc, will be an added advantage Ability to learn quickly and efficiently new products and tools Ability to follow and update specific work instructions and documentation Ensure high quality for all solutions provided and all changes made in the production environment Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
