Job Description

Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines, storage, and network components across

hosted cloud environments.

Implement and manage virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar).
Perform infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell

scripts.

Support migration and onboarding of workloads to hosted or private cloud environments.
Configure networking (firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, VLANs) and ensure high

availability.

Monitor cloud environments using native or third-party monitoring tools, ensuring performance

and uptime.

Implement and maintain backup, DR, and patch management policies.

Collaborate with cloud operations, security, and application teams to troubleshoot issues and

optimize infrastructure.

Apply cost and capacity optimization strategies to improve efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

35 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and cloud operations with

strong foundational knowledge of...

Virtualization platforms (like VMware, Hyper-V, AHV, KVM, or OpenStack)
Azure/AWS/GCP cloud concepts and services
Managing compute, storage, and networking in hosted or private cloud setups.
Firewall, DNS, VPN, and load balancing configurations.
Windows/Linux servers, patching, and system hardening.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
Must have experience working in customer-facing role / customer support role.
Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
