Associate- Client Onboarding

As an Associate - Client Onboarding at Ekincare, located in Hyderabad, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth onboarding of clients by collaborating with various teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain proficiency in client interactions, project coordination, and operational execution within a lively and fast-paced setting. Your role will involve assisting in coordinating client onboarding by liaising with Customer Success, Operations, Legal, and other departments. You will support the development and implementation of onboarding plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Acting as a primary contact for clients during onboarding, you will address inquiries and facilitate a seamless transition. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of client onboarding progress, generating status reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process enhancements are crucial responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be an MBA graduate (2023/2024 batch) from a reputable institute with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, adhere to deadlines, and grasp basic project management principles will be essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, and familiarity with CRM tools will be advantageous.
