Job Description

As an Associate Central Investigator at Schneider Electric, your primary responsibility is to ensure thorough and effective investigations of Trust Line alerts related to potential business misconduct, such as bribery, corruption, fraudulent reporting, asset misappropriation, and conflicts of interest. Your mission includes investigating allegations raised by whistleblowers and identifying anomalies through Artificial Intelligence, all while adhering to the Trust Charter and complying with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct business misconduct investigations in collaboration with the territory Central Investigator and Regional Compliance Officers, ensuring compliance with local laws. - Assist in confirming concerns/allegations with the regional compliance officers team. - Collect evidence, analyze transactions and data, conduct interviews, write investigation reports, and present outcomes to management. - Maintain respectful communication with whistleblowers and ensure anonymity when required. - Contribute to anomalies detection by developing anti-fraud algorithms based on artificial intelligence. - Collaborate with local management to address alerts identified through anomalies detection algorithms. Personal Competencies: - Ability to assess critical situations objectively and without bias. - Proficiency in managing sensitive and complex situations in a matrix organization. - Demonstrated confidentiality, integrity, and ethical judgment. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Problem-solving skills with an analytic mindset. Qualifications and Experiences: - Experience in investigation, audit, internal control, compliance, legal, or HR functions. - Certified Fraud Examiner by ACFE. - Data analytics skills (Excel, Tableau) and basic knowledge of SAP transaction codes and tables.
