We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer I to join our BNY Investment team. This role is located in Pune, MH - Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform daily cash processing activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while handling cash transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile cash records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Escalate issues and irregularities to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
• Utilize software and systems proficiently to manage cash processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support smooth financial operations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• MBA with a specialization in Finance, Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or an equivalent Master’s degree with a strong foundation in accountancy or finance is a must.
• Proven proficiency in computer-based accountancy and financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures meticulously and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and escalation purposes.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with accounting software and cash management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
