Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Business VCFO to join our team in the U.S. department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Provide financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including GAAP and IFRS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
